A tower of Haggis, tatties, neaps and whisky sauce
Tempura Sweet cherry peppers filled with cheese coated in a light batter

Smoked salmon cornet with cream cheese and prawns

Main Course

Traditional Christmas Dinner: Succulent slices of Roast Turkey served with sausage & bacon, stuffing, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables & gravy
Lamb Henry, port and cranberry sauce: Melt in the mouth lamb with a rich port and cranberry sauce
Succulent Fresh Salmon fillet with a Cream & wine sauce (optional)
Mushroom, Cranberry and Brie Wellington: mushrooms, cranberry, Brie, spinach and hazelnuts encased in puff pastry
